This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the SUVI website (the "Website"), operated by LTD Kesina under the brand name SUVI ("we", "us", or "our").

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of your purchase agreement.

 

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all customers who purchase UV water bottles and related accessories through the SUVI Website, whether as registered users or guest purchasers.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Returns)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar day from the date you receive the product, without providing a reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days after purchase if you notify us about your decistion.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by law:

  • Products that have been used, activated, or damaged by the customer 
  • Products with missing or damaged original packaging
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions

This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or faulty products.

 

5. Defective or Faulty Products

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not conform to the description:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide a description of the issue and, where possible, supporting photos or videos

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A repair
  • A full or partial refund

 

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed using theoriginal payment method
  • Refunds will be issued within 1 day from the date the return is approved
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product supplied by SUVI.

 

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • SUVI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

 

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately
  • If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure outlined in this Policy will apply

 

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product (e.g., color or model), please return the original product and place a new order.

 

10. Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive returns, to the extent permitted by law.
