This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the SUVI website (the "Website"), operated by LTD Kesina under the brand name SUVI ("we", "us", or "our").
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Return & Refund Policy, which together govern purchases made on the Website.
1. Shipping Destinations
SUVI ships UV water bottles and related accessories to the following destinations:
- Domestic shipping: Georgia
- International shipping: Not available
If your country or region is not available at checkout, shipping to that location is currently not supported.
2. Order Processing Time
- Tbilisi deliveries: If an order is placed before 12:00 PM, delivery will occur the same day or within up to 3 business days. If an order is placed after 12:00 PM, delivery will occur the same day or within the next 3 business days.
- Outside Tbilisi: Orders delivered to regions outside Tbilisi will be delivered within up to 10 business days.
- Out-of-stock items: If a product is not available in the warehouse at the time of order, delivery may take between 2 weeks and up to 3 months.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and courier:
- Tbilisi (orders placed before 12:00 PM): Same day or up to 3 business days
- Tbilisi (orders placed after 12:00 PM): Same day or up to 3 business days
- Outside Tbilisi: Up to 10 business days
- Out-of-stock products: From 2 weeks up to 3 months
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery method.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
SUVI reserves the right to update shipping fees at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping Within Georgia Only
SUVI delivers products only within the territory of Georgia.
No customs duties, import taxes, or international fees apply to orders placed through the Website.
6. Delivery and Risk Transfer
- Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.
SUVI is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Failure to collect the package
- Refusal of delivery
Any additional shipping or return costs may be charged to the customer.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@suvi.ge and we will assist where possible.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and, where possible, photos of the damage or packaging
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the selected courier.
10. Changes to This Shipping Policy
SUVI reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be published on the Website with an updated effective date.
